InteliHeat® Thermulate® HPD2 Full Coverage 55 gallon Heating Jacket certified for non-hazardous ordinary locations provides increased power to reach higher temperatures on a shorter time.Â
- Maximum power to reach highest temperatures. Two independently controlled heating circuits. 32-320°F(0-160°C) adjustable thermostat fitted as standard to each circuit.
- Special formulated high-temperature, chemically resistant silicon-coated glass-cloth used on both sides of the jacket to extend product life in demanding applications.
- High grade thermal insulation to reduce heat loss and increase efficiency while providing protection for the operator.
- Fitted with adjustable retaining straps and quick release buckles.
- Flexible - conforms to the container wall providing optimal thermal coupling.
- Delivers heat over a large surface area, minimizing the possibilities of damaging the product.
- Fit and forget, built to last - no reguar maintenance required.
- Safe to use 24/7
- 7 ft. (2m) premium oil, water, and abrasion resistant power cable.
- Fitted with NEMA 1-15P plug.
