The HiHeat range - Variable Thermostat 0-90°C (194°F)
Drum Heating Jacket for non-hazardous ordinary locations proides a boost in power for applications/materials needing a fast heat-rate up to approximately 140-158°F (60-70°C).
- Fitted with 32-194°F (0-90°C) adjustable thermostat.
- Black nylon fabric outer layer, high-temperature silicone-coated glass-cloth inner layer.
- High grade thermal insulation to reduce heat loss and increase efficiency while providing protection for the operator.
- Fitted with adjustable retaining straps and quick release buckles.
- Flexible - conforms to the container wall providing optimal thermal coupling.
- Delivers heat over a large surface area, minimizing the possibilities of damaing the product.
- Fit and forget, built to last - no regular maintenance required.
- Safe to use 24/7.
- 7 ft. (2m) premium oil, water, and abrasion resistant SOOW power cable.
- Fitted with NEMA 1-15P plug.
- Double insulated product.
- Ambient temperature: -40°F to +104°F (-40°C to +40°C).
- ETL approved to UL and CSA standards.
- Waterproof and custom sizes available.
These flexible heating jackets use specuially formulated coated glass-cloth inner layers for better heat resistance capabilities, stitched fibreglass inner for maximum heat retention and water resistant nylon outer.
