Corrugated boxes offer strength, recyclability, cost-effectiveness and durability. Air Sea Containers offers a variety of custom corrugated box style trays. Each is designed for a specific use, from home projects to international shipping and biohazard materials.
Many of our options can be combined with our eco-friendly packing materials or air pillow accessories. We also carry gel packs, poly bags, bubble wrap and Styrofoam so you can put together the perfect customized solution for your shipping, storage and display needs.
Here are the custom designs offered in a variety of sizes and strengths.
It all started with our basic model. This box is suitable for the largest variety of needs and products and is the most widely used design. Specific uses include archiving business documents or household paperwork as well as basic storage and shipping. It’s easy to stack on shelves and is available in two colors, brown craft or white. Choose the size that’s right for your job.
The regular slotted design is available in single or double wall construction. Single wall provides basic protection while double wall is more appropriate for long-term storage. This type is also available in a variety of ECT (Edge Crush Test) strengths.
The regular slotted is perfect for our cost-conscious customer that still requires customizability. Printing in up to three colors can be included on one to four panels of this sturdy box choice. Keep in mind, though, that these boxes may require more tape than die-cut varieties.
The full overlap standard corrugated box is distinguished by fully overlapping flaps that add strength to the top and bottom of the box. This box is appropriate for heavier objects like books or cans. The reinforced top and bottom increase stackability and are perfect for a warehouse where space is at a premium.
As with the regular slotted, this type is available in single or double wall and in two possible colors, brown craft or white. Custom printing is also available in up to three colors on up to four sides.
If you’ve got to ship large, flat objects like mirrors, pictures or worktops, the one piece folder style is perfect for the job. This variety has a five-panel wrap and is easy to fold into shape. It comes in a variety of ECT strengths. If you are not sure which one is right for the weight of the object, our customer service representatives can steer you in the right direction.
This box has the same customizable color and printing options as the regular slotted and full overlap. Just upload your artwork and logo, and we’ll do the rest.
If you want to make a style impact in the marketplace, our die cut carton offers greater creativity in terms of shape and printing, taking you beyond the standard box styles. These boxes are designed to increase padding by creating a double wall when the lid is closed. Because the edges fit together precisely, they require less tape to make the box secure. Because they are customizable, they tend to have a higher price point.
As with other box styles, printing is available on up to four sides and with up to three colors.
The half-slotted container is basically the same as the regular slotted container except that it includes one less set of flaps. This style can be used when an open container is required, perhaps in a restaurant or a product display in a grocery store. These boxes can also be used to create a telescope box that has a separate top and bottom.
The design style tray is adaptable, depending on your requirements. Similar to the half-slotted container, the design style tray does double duty by protecting goods during transport and preventing damage during display. Use this style to stage fruits and vegetables or drinks. This style can also serve as part of a telescope box (a two-piece box with one-part fitting over the other) or simply as a box cover.
For extra cushioning and support when shipping breakable containers or crushable items, put a corrugated pad at the bottom of the box and between the items being shipped. Seal it up with our tape and tape accessories so you’ll know your shippables will be safe from damage. Should you need to protect against moisture, for instance absorbent pad laminates.
Our design offers simplicity, portability and many options and configurations to match your shipping needs.

Air Sea is committed to helping you with your order and getting it to you as quickly as possible. We are here to answer any questions and help you find the right corrugated box style to meet your needs.
