Our 4G Boxes are U.N. (D.O.T.) Certified. This 4G/Y24.4 combination packaging box is specifically tested to ship Industrial Plastic Gallon Jugs. These UN boxes are designed to ship Packing Groups II, III (Y, Z). All of Air Sea Containers, Inc. UN products are fully tested to meet U.N. Regulations, we are always in compliance with the current and most strict government regulations.

B) 4 x 1 Gallon poly jugs 140 gram Natural / Clear with caps.
C) Hazmat Label of Choice.
D) Fiberboard Inserts / Partitions and 2x Top Pad.
E) Marked Orientation on two opposite sides of box
F) Marked UN Number on two opposite sides of box

*Please note, these boxes were tested with 140 Gram gallon jugs.

**For Air Shipments use 3 mil poly liners sealed air tight.
